Hey, I’m Jayne — running coach, strength specialist, and former professional athlete.
I help everyday runners train with purpose, build strength, and feel good in their bodies — without burning out or getting injured along the way.
My own journey started in elite sport. I was a professional high jumper for over a decade before falling in love with running in 2014. Since then, I’ve blended everything I know from high-performance sport with years of coaching experience to support runners at every level — from first-time 5k-ers to sub-3 marathoners and Hyrox competitors.
These days, I coach with one clear mission:
To help you become a stronger, more efficient runner — the kind who trains smart, recovers well, and actually enjoys the process.
